We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please get in contact with us if for any reason you are not totally satisfied, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues. We can help you to choose a new item, adjust a piece you have purchased e.g. jewellery, or organise a refund. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on earrings.
